The challenge was to create a vibrant, bold, and inclusive visual identity for Égalité (ee-gal-it-ey), Publicis Groupe's global LGBTQ+ network. The goal: capture the group's confident, fun, yet credible essence, while resonating with over 75,000 employees across iconic agencies like BBH and Saatchi & Saatchi. Égalité's mission is to educate, empower, and celebrate diversity and inclusion worldwide, and the new identity needed to reflect this impactful role.
